Terms & conditions
Please read the following terms before placing a custom artwork order. Placing an order indicates acceptance of these terms.
01 · Advance payment
50% of the total artwork price is required in advance to confirm the order. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion and before delivery.
02 · Reference image
Please provide a clear, high-resolution reference image. Blurry or low-quality references may affect the accuracy and quality of the final artwork.
03 · Completion time
Completion time varies with the complexity, size, and detailing of the artwork. An estimated delivery date will be shared before confirmation.
04 · Revisions & changes
Minor revisions are allowed during the drawing process. Major changes to the reference or composition after work begins may incur additional charges.
05 · Cancellation & refunds
Advance payments are non-refundable once the artwork process has started. If the artist cannot complete an order, an appropriate refund will be provided.
06 · Artist signature & watermark
The artist may add a personal signature or subtle watermark to every completed artwork, placed carefully without affecting its beauty, composition, or visual appeal.
07 · Delivery & shipping
Shipping charges, when applicable, are charged separately. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and the courier service.
08 · Artwork rights
The original artwork belongs to the customer after full payment. The artist may showcase completed works in a portfolio or social media for promotion. Please inform the artist in advance if your artwork must remain private.
09 · Colour variations
Slight colour differences can occur between original artwork and digital photographs due to lighting, camera settings, and screen displays.
10 · Order confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after the advance payment is received and all necessary details are finalized. Thank you for supporting independent art and creativity. ♥
